Aunt Jane’s Pie Crust

  1. mix
    • 2 c. flour (some cake flour)
    • 1 t. salt
    • 2/3 c. shortening
    • almost 2/3 c. warm water
  2. roll out and place in pie pans
  • yield: 2-3 shells
